All the more reason to have a dash cam in your vehicle. The second you start hitting those people with your car they will try to sue you or claim injury. I work in the insurance industry and we LOVE dash cams.
With how prevalent alerts are now with banks I don't think you'd have to worry about them trying to use this device if someone stole your identity, made a fake card with your info and started to use it. I think most banks are pretty good at alerting you about suspicious purchases with your card...
I agree with all the others, I'd say for your house you need a bare minimum of a 10kw set. Forgot about the hot water heater, maybe it's gas and you don't have to worry about it, but if its electric there is about 3-4kw right there in heat. Adding A/C if you use it could be another 1-2 KW...
Thing is, I believe before the obama admin got in, they already had info on these shooters and were made to delete it. If I can find a source I'll edit this post and put it in here. But I agree I like a big company telling the big government to go pound sand.
Wow, the legal system worked for once. I hope $200,000 is enough to knock them down a few pegs only if the rest of the country would start doling out charges like this for frivolous lawsuits. I can't imagine how many BS suits are filtering through our legal system.
I can speak from experience here, my wife and I lost our 2nd child in March at about 8 weeks. She had to undergo the procedure to remove the fetus from her uterus. I simply cannot fathom how anyone could "willingly" abort a baby. I can see it in very limited situations rape, incest type...
I was at petsmart a few weeks ago with my wife and daughter OC in Avon and had an off duty someone can't remember if it was an avon officer or a Hendricks sheriff following me around with his wife mean mugging me, I turned around and smiled and turned back around... was waiting for him to say...
Try to stay away from those... I don't have taxpayers paying for my vehicle to fix it if I try to run someone off the road... insert purple where necessary.
Had a claim a while back a police chase for a stolen vehicle, ended up getting one of my insured's killed as a consequence... that state got sued for a hefty amount... I think if they need to chase, they need to shut down the fleeing vehicle as fast as they can, not let it continue until the...
They won't be able to stop it... the aftermarket arena with sports cars and diesels alike will always be able to crack any engine module. EFI live, Spartan, HPtuners you name it. I fail to see how it is infringing on a copyright of software... all those programs do is change the software... it...
We had a plaintiff attorney here at work (large insurance company) go on a fishing expedition for coverage against a policy holder... the plaintiff and attorney got slapped with a 15 grand frivolous lawsuit fee. Quite hilarious actually.
