      Another Utah permit question.

      I believe it adds Washington, Nevada, Maine and Delaware to the Indiana LTCH. A point to consider is that Utah requires training if you were to get into a "grey area" in a reciprocity state this could be a a "discussion" point. Sorry. I reread the OP question and didn"t answer the question...

      Getting lawnmower blades off

      I jacked mine up with a motorcycle jack. +1 on the air impact and anti-seize. My bolt are right handed. I would think they loosen the way the blades turn. Don't take take last bit as law because I was standing on my head to get under the mower. The $65 you save would buy an air impact, maybe.
