      So many 1911's and glocks out there! I'll stick with my CZ cloned Tanfoglio Witness full-size in 9x19! And who says you can't carry a full-size concealed? I do, everyday.

      Alright. so I had my single shot 12ga. shot gun out with Rio 00buck and was patterning since its now an 18.75" barrel. this is my honest to goodness first shot with the Rio. can you see the face? other then the 2 flyers it seems like this pattern would definitely sadden and intruders day.. Thoughts?

      Anyone else had a heck of a time finding local 9mm?

      Not sure what other WM there is in martintucky but I've had a heck of a time finding anything other than a box or two or federals overly priced self defense ammo (blue box) not much of anything else. All I want is a box of PDX1! but they sure have a stock of .40 and .45..

      Picatinny mount grenade launcher anyone?

      Any of you gun-nutz know of a good 40mm grenade launcher a could procure? Has to be able to mount to a rail. I'm trying to mount it to a full-size cz handgun clone that happens to have a rail on it for what I would assume could be used for lights, lasers, and perhaps a good grenade launcher...

      Thanks for all your input, I decided against it. Maybe an extra mag for my primary would be a cheaper, better back up? I'm one of those guys that carry a knife, sometimes two everyday of my life (unless I'm going on an airplaine) so I'm good in that area. Love my seber rachet-lock. Such a useful...

      Hmm. I usually keep an AT-4 on my nightstand loaded with a heat round and a couple impact rounds on a serpa bazooker bandoleer. Thats just me thought ;)

      While at work today was offered a .25acp semiauto of unknown origin (he's not much of a gun guy nor did he have it on him so he didn't know much about it.. kinda makes me wonder why he has it) and was just curious as how this would work as a last resort/pocket pistol.       Hmm. I guess I'm at a school of thought that if I can't do it with 17 rounds in the first magazine..I might be doing something wrong.. that and I haven't picked up a second magazine

      Well ya know, being the virtual powerhouse the 9x19 is. At that distance it would be like taking a kick from a bullmoose to the chest. If said bull moose was of the termintor/hulk variety of animal lol.
